InvestorVantage is a unique and full mobile investor portal which conceived and developed to enhance information flow and collaboration among shareholders and the management team of public companies worldwide. It allows for an upgrade in corporate governance practices and it is the total compliance with Regulation FD, promoting full and fair disclosure to shareholder.
InvestorVantage is intended to be an iPad communication and information application for shareholder whose purpose is to follow the company’s value creation and latest developments, and to improve governance practices.
The TeamSpace architecture is the heart of InvestorVantage’s collaboration system and allows disperse teams to communicate and collaborate confidentially. The investor portal requires content customization and continuous updates for each company and shareholders can only benefit from it after an interested company licenses the platform.
InvestorVantage was announced in December 2010 and our future developments are focusing on combining rich animation iPad form factor to deliver information such as news and information, Analyst estimates, share performance, stock surveillance, stock ownership and enterprise risk management.
